The Vertex VX2000 will do the proper 2.5KHz deviation and RX bandwidth, but lacks the capability to tune the 2.5 steps in new channel allocations. People often get 2.5KHz DEVIATION mixed up with the radio's SYNTHESIZER TUNING STEPS.
